The bar staff were very slow & not interested in the customers. 3 times i was asked what drinks i would like & no one actually got them, they just walked away. This was the worst bar service i have experienced

It was nice that there was a free shuttle to and from the airport

The staff was not very helpful. We had disgusting brown hot water that smelt like sewage and all the staff would do was to tell us to let the water run and it would fix itself. An hour later it looked the same if not worse. Weren't able to shower before we left for the airport because of it. Then the shuttle driver was extremely rude and refused to talk to us about the airport or where we might find information at the airport. The place could be nice on the right day with the right staff-

The staff was extremely helpful, efficient and always with a smile. There is free shuttle bus that connects the hotel to the airport. The breakfast and food at the restaurant were very good but a bit overpriced I think. The bar had great coctails and good prices.

The location is very close to the airport but there is nothing else to do in that area (no restaurants, bars etc).

The room was clean and comfortable. Satellite TV. Usual HolidayInn standard. Very practical and quiet by the airport. The bus shuttle to airport and station to downtown is reliable.

We had a really nice stay at Holiday Inn Berlin Airport - Conference Centre. the breakfast was good; it was hot and had a good portion of eggs. - Our room was functional and of high standard, and it included coffee, tea-making facilities, and a safe box.

The place is unique and impeccably clean. the staff is competent and decent. - the room is beautifully maintained and functional, with a nice-sized bathroom. - the food is delicious, especially the hot breakfast.

There was a restoration in hotel we could not sleep ....The Hotel was too far from the center and it take 1 hour with train and we had to take 2 trains...
